Notch Updates 0x10c.com & Releases ARG

Notch has updted the 0x10c site with an ARG (Alternate Reality Game). The HTML code for the website links to a strange looking website http://psrx0392-15.0x10c.com/
The site displays "SCANNING PSR X0392-15 AT 5.534417156693186 x 4 SAMPLES PER SECOND, NOISE REDUCE" and auto updates a series of percentages.
But what does all this mean? Well the guy's over on the /r/0x10c sub reddit haven't taken long in trying to solve the puzzle.
